1. Introduction

LFG provides non-custodial payment technology that enables individuals and businesses to send, receive, and manage digital assets globally. Our products are designed to comply with local regulations in each region of operation. This statement outlines the countries and territories where LFG services are currently available or restricted.

2. How LFG Operates

LFG operates as a non-custodial payment technology platform, providing users with tools to send, receive, and manage digital assets directly through their own self-custodied wallets. LFG does not hold customer funds, issue digital assets, or provide exchange, brokerage, or custody services.

Certain functions accessible through the LFG platform—such as buying or selling digital assets—are provided by independent, duly licensed third-party service providers operating under their own regulatory authorisations. LFG itself does not facilitate these transactions and acts solely as a technology layer connecting users to those regulated providers.

This structure allows LFG to make its technology available globally while ensuring that any regulated financial activities occur within the compliance frameworks of the relevant licensed entities. 3. Individual Users (KYC – Free App Access)

LFG is available to private individuals in over 130 countries and territories, subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) through our authorised verification partners. The application is free to use for individual users; however, certain advanced features such as asset conversion or fiat off-ramping may not be available in all regions.

All European Union and EEA member states (including Norway and Liechtenstein), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and European states with special association agreements with the EU (Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City).

Middle East / GCC

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

Africa

South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Mauritius, Uganda, Benin, Togo, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Malawi, and Madagascar.

Asia-Pacific

Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.

Americas

Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago.

Offshore and Overseas Territories

4. Business Users (KYB & Paid Subscriptions)

LFG business accounts and subscription features are available only in jurisdictions where both corporate identity verification (KYB) and authorised in-app payment processing via Apple Pay or Google Pay are supported. Business users in these regions can onboard through our authorised verification partners and activate paid subscriptions directly within the app.

Business subscriptions within the LFG platform provide access to enhanced software features and monthly usage allowances that vary by plan type. These allowances represent feature limits within the application (such as transaction volume, API calls, or user seats) and have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into any form of digital asset, fiat currency, or credit balance. Subscription payments are processed solely for access to these platform services and do not constitute financial or investment activity.

United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, and South Africa.

Business users located outside these supported jurisdictions are not currently eligible for onboarding or verification through the LFG platform. LFG may expand business access in future once Apple Pay and Google Pay become available in additional markets and where LFG is legally authorised to operate its services.

5. Restricted or Limited Markets

6. Prohibited Markets

For legal, regulatory, or sanctions-related reasons, LFG does not offer services in or to residents of the following countries and territories.

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, North Korea, Russia (including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk), Sudan, Syria, United States, Venezuela, Yemen, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Nigeria.

LFG continuously reviews its compliance framework to reflect updates in international regulation and sanctions lists.

Additional Exclusions: Certain jurisdictions have been excluded from LFG’s availability due to local restrictions or prohibitions on the use of virtual assets for payments or business transactions. LFG does not offer services to individuals or businesses resident in, incorporated in, or primarily operating from any jurisdiction where virtual-asset payment activity is banned, restricted, or unlicensed.

7. Service Eligibility and Third-Party Providers

All LFG services are subject to identity and compliance verification. Access to the LFG platform requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for private individuals or Know Your Business (KYB) verification for corporate entities, as performed through our authorised verification partners.

Certain features within the LFG application – such as the purchase or sale of digital assets – are provided through independent, duly licensed third-party service providers integrated within the LFG interface. LFG does not itself issue, exchange, or custody digital assets, and does not act as a money transmitter, virtual asset service provider, or payment institution.

Availability of these third-party services may vary by jurisdiction and regulatory framework. Users located in regions where such services are restricted or unavailable may still use LFG’s non-custodial payment and transfer functions but will not have access to regulated exchange or off-ramp facilities.

8. Payment Method Availability

Certain payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are supported only in countries where these services are operational and where our authorised payment processors are licensed to operate. Availability of payment methods may therefore differ from overall LFG service availability.

Users are required to familiarise themselves with LFG’s legal documentation, which sets out the terms, limitations, and regulatory basis on which our products and services are provided. These documents form an integral part of this Availability Statement and govern access to and use of the LFG platform.

10. Enforcement of Jurisdictional Restrictions

LFG actively monitors compliance with applicable jurisdictional and regulatory restrictions. Users must not attempt to circumvent any geographic or legal restrictions that apply to their country of residence or registration. Where LFG reasonably believes that a user or business is in breach of such restrictions, or is using the platform in contravention of applicable laws, LFG may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all services without prior notice, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
